To make the syrup:
1. Take a deep pot or saucepan (it is important you use a deep one so you can soak the zileybi’swell.
2. Add the sugar, water, cardamom and lemon juice to the pot/saucepan.
3. Turn on the stove and medium-low and mix it until the sugar dissolves.
4. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 15 seconds.
5. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
