Result of a sudden craving, this is a really easy to follow chicken popcorn recipe for y’all to try! We loved eating this with some french fries and chilli sauce 😀

For Marination
  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add salt to taste, black pepper powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, red chilli powder and milk, mix it well and cover with plastic wrap or in an air-tight container and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
For Coating
  1. 1. Prepare your flour mixture, by adding flour, corn flour, salt to taste, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and baking powder, and give a good mix.
  2. 2. Add the egg into the marinated chicken and mix it well. Now coat with the flour, shake off any excess and set aside.
  3. 3. Add 1/3 cup water to the remaining marinate mixture and mix well.
  4. 4. Dip the chicken cubes into this water mix and coat it in the flour mixture for a second time.
Frying
  1. 1. Heat oil and keep the heat at medium high. Fry your chicken cubes till they are beautiful golden brown.
