1. Take a pot, add your semolina and roast it slightly till you start to smell it’s aroma.
2. Next add in your pandan leaves, sugar, milk and water and keep stirring continuously till it thickens.
3. When the mixture thickens and bubbles add the condensed milk. Now you can either keep or remove the pandan leaves at this point, it is totally your call.
4. Continue to stir and cook until the mixture thickens and the bubbles become faster.
5. You can turn off the stove and stir in the rose water. Next pour the mixture into your tray and sprinkle the cinnamon and cardamom powder.
