Ingredients
For marination
- 250 grams Chicken breast
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp milk
For coating
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pcs egg
- 1/3 cup cold water

For Marination
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add salt to taste, black pepper powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, red chilli powder and milk, mix it well and cover with plastic wrap or in an air-tight container and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
For Coating
- 1. Prepare your flour mixture, by adding flour, corn flour, salt to taste, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and baking powder, and give a good mix.
- 2. Add the egg into the marinated chicken and mix it well. Now coat with the flour, shake off any excess and set aside.
- 3. Add 1/3 cup water to the remaining marinate mixture and mix well.
- 4. Dip the chicken cubes into this water mix and coat it in the flour mixture for a second time.
