- 1 and 1/4 cup Semolina (Rava)
- 2 pcs Pandan leaves 3 inch each
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Full cream milk
- 2 cups Water
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tsp rose water
- cinnamon & Cardamom powder

Instructions
- 1. Take a pot, add your semolina and roast it slightly till you start to smell it's aroma.
- 2. Next add in your pandan leaves, sugar, milk and water and keep stirring continuously till it thickens.
- 3. When the mixture thickens and bubbles add the condensed milk. Now you can either keep or remove the pandan leaves at this point, it is totally your call.
- 4. Continue to stir and cook until the mixture thickens and the bubbles become faster.
- 5. You can turn off the stove and stir in the rose water. Next pour the mixture into your tray and sprinkle the cinnamon and cardamom powder.
